Zer Law Firm was founded in Ankara in 2018 by Attorney Rıfat Sarı. With its experienced team of lawyers, it provides legal consultancy, attorney service, mediation and other law services throughout Turkey, with Ankara as its center.

Rıfat Sarı
Attorney
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996. He completed his master’s degree in civil procedure law at the same university. He served as a public prosecutor, chief public prosecutor, Court of Cassation examining judge, and Court of Cassation public prosecutor. He has been working as a attorney since 2018.
Mehmet Keskin
Attorney
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1993. He served as a judge and Court of Cassation public prosecutor for many years. He has been working as a attorney since 2017.
Mehmet Çalışır
Attorney
He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1996. He completed his master’s degree in public law at Selçuk University Institute of Social Sciences. He is currently continuing his doctorate program at the same university. His areas of expertise are tax law and commercial law.
Ceylin Koçyiğit
Attorney - Mediator
She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law. She has been working as a attorney, mediator and law expert since 2015. Her areas of expertise are commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, labor law, IT law, insurance law and family law.
İrem Toklucu
Attorney
She graduated from Erciyes University Faculty of Law in 2017. She worked at the Hatay Bar Association Lawyers’ Rights Center between 2019-2023. She has been practicing as a registered attorney at the Ankara Bar Association since 2023.
Galina Kozina

She graduated from Donetsk Law University in 2008 and from Gorlivka Foreign Language University in 2013. She founded GK International Law Office in Kiev. She is the representative of the Ukrainian Bar Association in Turkey. She speaks Ukrainian, Turkish, Russian and English.

Executive Assistant
She was born in Ankara in 1978. She completed the associate degree program in child development. She taught in various private schools. She graduated from Anadolu University Justice associate degree program in 2024.
